To live without diabetes mellitus
We must bring this exercise into use
Contemplate, eat just little overnight
Do not become chicken you’re bet the goose
Look in nature to see the world of wisdom
Get up early to be at work the kingdom
You are the guy leading any insulin
Trust my rhyme certain it is no random
Circadian rhythms work in the nature
We must run it today this is the venture
Do not let it be unread till tomorrow
