Abstract

Robotics and automation are transforming business operations by increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This paper examines applications, benefits, challenges, and future trends of robotics and automation in modern enterprises. Robotics and automation are increasingly becoming central to business transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across diverse industries. The integration of intelligent robotic systems, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-driven tools enables organizations to streamline workflows, minimize human error, and improve overall service delivery. These technologies are widely applied in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and administrative processes, offering consistent performance and significant cost reduction. However, their adoption also presents challenges, including high initial investment, workforce displacement concerns, cybersecurity risks, and the need for specialized technical skills. This paper examines the applications, benefits, challenges, and future implications of robotics and automation in business, emphasizing their pivotal role in shaping modern organizational strategies.
