A 51-year-old female patient with a history of rhinoplasty practiced by an aesthetic doctor 1 year ago. Patient reports that before the extrusion of the plastic material shown in Figure 1, she presented pain in the nasal tip, erythema, fever and pruritus. The examination showed extrusion of plastic material through the nasal tip, edema, erythema and secretion at the exit site of the nasal post
