Illumination of pink or orange fluorescent gel by green laser pointer beam produces not only red fluorescence, but also yellow radiation. The dimension of yellow light spot is many times bigger than the diameter of laser beam. Placing of light reflecting walls around the yellow light spot leads to increase of its dimension. The conclusion is made about branched chain reaction on the surface of fluorescent gel, which produces singlet oxygen and excited complexes O2(A 3Σ, E=4.3 eV) – Surface. Yellow radiation of these complexes show some signs of stimulated radiation.
