An 80-year-old male patient with history of chronic nasal growth, with no history of alcoholism, with personal hygiene once a week, who came to the doctor's office because of difficulty in ventilating at night, mild dyspnea and difficulty feeding. To the examination we found hypertrophic tip, wings and dorsum of the nose, of stone consistency, decreased sensitivity, hypochromic spots on the nasal tip, nasal cavity both internal valves collapsed and abundant nasal discharge (Figure 1). Medical treatment was offered but he did not return for diagnostic biopsy and definitive surgical treatment.
