Hydrology is a study of distribution, movement and quality of water on earth & other planets, and also the hydrologic cycle, water resources and environmental watershed sustainability.. It deals with some of the domins like hydrometeorology, hydrogeology, drainage basin management, surface hydrology, and water quality, where water plays the key role.
