Aims and Scope
MOJ Yoga & Physical Therapy (MOJYPT) is an open access and peer reviewed journal aims to publish most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in all areas of the yoga and physical therapy. Yoga is the practice of attaining physical and mental health through meditation and physical exercise. MOJYPT combines the principles and practices of yoga with physical therapies to achieve our desired outcomes. Regular vinyasa yoga practices helps increase your body's flexibility, improve your posture, relieve back pain, reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol and decrease body fat, prevent injury and helps to stabilize blood glucose levels (which is an important factor in the prevention or minimalization of diabetes).
